License Summary

This page is a plain-language summary of what you can and can't do with EuroRAG before you buy. It mirrors the license grant in our Terms of Service (Sections 2–4) and the answer to "Can I use one license for multiple client projects?" in the FAQ. The binding grant is the one in the Terms and the LICENSE file delivered with the Software.
What you get
When you purchase any tier (Starter, Professional, or Enterprise), you receive:
- A perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license. It does not expire. You keep and can continue to use the last version you received, even if you never renew.
- Full source code, delivered as access to a private GitHub repository (or as a download on request).
- Time-limited repository access including updates, renewable annually. Every tier follows the same model: a defined window of access to the private repository including all updates published in that period, with optional annual renewal at the tier's renewal price. Your license to all code obtained during any access period is perpetual; it does not expire if renewal lapses.

What you can do
- Use, modify, and deploy the Software on your own infrastructure.
- Create derivative works for your own use or your clients' use.
- Deploy multiple instances for yourself or your organization.
- Build and deploy an unlimited number of applications for your clients, with no per-client or per-project fee. Your clients receive the deployed application only, never the Software source code as a development starting point.
What you can't do
- Redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or share the source code with third parties (in original or modified form), except as compiled/deployed applications delivered to your clients.
- Use the Software to create a competing boilerplate, template, or starter-kit product.
- Remove or alter copyright notices in the source code.
- Share private repository access credentials or invite third parties to the private repository.
- Provide the Software source code to any third party, including your clients, as a development starting point. The license does not transfer to your clients.
Using EuroRAG for client work
Under your single license you may build and deploy an unlimited number of applications for your clients, with no per-client or per-project fee, provided you never provide the Software source code to any third party, including your clients. Applications you build and deploy for clients are yours. Your clients receive the deployed application only, and never receive the Software source code as a development starting point. This license does not transfer to your clients.
Perpetual license + optional renewal
Your license never expires. The renewal fee (Starter: €39/yr, Professional: €69/yr, Enterprise: €149/yr) buys continued updates only; it is not a subscription, and missing it does not deactivate anything. See the pricing page for current renewal prices and the Terms for the binding terms.

1. GRANT
Subject to payment of the applicable license fee, EuroRAG grants you a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use, modify, and deploy the EuroRAG source code ("Software") according to your purchased tier. This license is perpetual for every tier.
a. STARTER: use, modify, and deploy the Software for your own projects and for projects you build and deliver to your clients.
b. PROFESSIONAL: all Starter rights, plus the Professional feature set as published.
c. ENTERPRISE: all Professional rights, plus the Enterprise feature set as published.
The update access and renewal mechanics are the same for every tier and are stated once, in Section 4.
2. RESTRICTIONS
You may NOT:
- a. redistribute, resell, sublicense, publish, or otherwise make the Software source code available to any third party, in original or modified form, except as compiled/deployed applications delivered to your clients under 1(a);
- b. use the Software to create a competing boilerplate, template, or starter-kit product;
- c. remove or alter copyright notices in the source code;
- d. share private repository access credentials or invite third parties to the private repository.
3. CLIENT DEPLOYMENTS
Under your single license you may build and deploy an unlimited number of applications for your clients, with no per-client or per-project fee, provided you never provide the Software source code to any third party, including your clients. Applications you build and deploy for clients are yours. Your clients receive the deployed application only, and never receive the Software source code as a development starting point. This license does not transfer to your clients.
4. UPDATES
Each tier includes 12 months of access to the private source repository, during which you receive all updates published in that period. Your license to any code obtained during an access period is perpetual and does not expire if renewal lapses. Repository access may be renewed annually at the then-current renewal fee. Nothing in this license obligates EuroRAG to publish updates on any schedule.
Repository access includes 12 months of updates for every tier; renewal fees are €39/yr (Starter), €69/yr (Professional), €149/yr (Enterprise).
5. NO WARRANTY
THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS", WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NONINFRINGEMENT.
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL EURORAG BE LIABLE FOR ANY CLAIM, DAMAGES, OR OTHER LIABILITY ARISING FROM THE USE OF THE SOFTWARE, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW. NOTHING IN THIS LICENSE LIMITS LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED UNDER APPLICABLE LAW.
7. COMPLIANCE DISCLAIMER
The Software includes technical features intended to support GDPR compliance. Legal compliance of any deployment remains solely your responsibility. This Software and its documentation do not constitute legal advice.
8. TERMINATION
This license terminates automatically upon material breach of Section 2. Sections 5-7 survive termination.
9. GOVERNING LAW
This license is governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania. Consumer rights mandated by applicable EU law are unaffected.
